Standard Construction: NFT (on the teeth) -
available on Open-end & Spliced belts
The belt teeth are coated with low-friction, low-noise, truly-endless Nylon Facing Fabric in a silver-grey color. The belt backing is a white thermoplastic polyurethane.
Benefits: This fabric, when used in conveying and linear motion systems, has moderate oil and good water resistance.

NFB (back Coating) - available on Open-end & Spliced belts
A truly-endless, silver-grey Nylon Fabric is coated on the back of the belt.
Benefits: The coating can be used for conveying abrasive materials with a high coefficient of friction and very good resistance to oils.

AVAFC (back Coating) - available on Open-end & Spliced belts
A transparent polyurethane coating of 85° Shore A hardness is applied to the back. The standard thickness of this coating is 2 mm.
Benefits: The coating can be used for conveying abrasive materials with a high coefficient of friction and very good resistance to oils.

TENAX (back coating) - available on Spliced belts
A red vulcanized and truly endless, natural rubber coating, with a 45° Shore A hardness, is applied to the back. The thickness range for this coating is 1-15 mm.

Lintatex (back coating) - available on Spliced belts
A red, natural rubber coating with a 42° Shore A hardness is joined and glued to the back. The thickness range for this coating is 1-15 mm.
Benefits: The coating can be used for conveying abrasive materials, with a high coefficient of friction, good wear and water resistance.

Honey Comb (back coating) - available on Spliced belts
A red, truly-endless, natural rubber coating with a 4.5 mm standard thickness is applied to the back. The coating as an approximate hardness of 40° Shore A.
Benefits:
The coating can be used in the packaging industry. The natural rubber has good resilience, stiffness, wear and water resistance.

Neoprene (back coating) - available on Spliced belts
Black, truly-endless synthetic rubber, with a Shore A hardness of 70°, is vulcanized on to the back of the belt. The thickness range for this coating is 1-15 mm.
Benefits: The coating can be used for conveying abrasive material with a high coefficient of friction. The coating also offers good wear and oil resistance.

Porol (back coating) - available on Spliced belts
A black, open cellular neoprene (rubber) coating, with a Shore A hardness of 10° is joined and glued to the back. The thickness range for this coating is 2-15 mm.
Benefits: The coating can be used for conveying fragile materials with a high coefficient of friction. The coating also offers medium resistance to oils.

Yellow PU 50 (back coating) - available on Spliced belts
A yellow, foamed polyurethane, truly-endless coating, with a 50° Shore A hardness is sprayed to the back. The thickness range for this coating is 1-6 mm.
Benefits: The coating can be used for vacuum conveying systems, with good abrasion and oil resistance.
