Eagle Pd Sprockets for the Polyurethane Belt line are available for all 8 belt
widths in a wide range of diameters.
| |
The following tables provide an overview of the available sprocket diameters, in the 8 standard widths. The tables also provide the Sprocket Mounting Options (Minimum Plane Bore, MPB; Quick Disconnect, QD; and, Finished Stock Bore, FSB).
Please note that the “M” (25mm width) and the “L” (50mm width) sprockets are stocked in Aluminum (uncoated) and are offered in a limited size range. All other sprocket widths are stocked either in ductile or cast iron.

1: |
Alphabet designation, denotes belt width; O=70mm wide belt
2: |
40S is the number of teeth in the sprocket; this sprocket has 40 teeth
3: |
Designates whether sprocket is MPB, QD or FSB. If sprocket is QD, the QD bushing size is stated. If sprocket is FSB, the bore inner diameter in inches, is stated.
NOTE: Sprocket dimensions and material are subject to change.

FSB (Finished Stock Bore) style sprockets are supplied ready to install, with a standard key way, and set screw holes machined.
| |
QD (Quick Disconnect) style sprockets are designed to fit on an appropriately sized QD bushing. QD bushings are supplied with bolts, lock washers and set screws. Keys are supplied only if a special shallow key is required. While the QD bushing system is an industry standard, to ensure the best match between sprocket and bushing, we recommend using bushings supplied by Goodyear with Eagle Pd sprockets.

MPB (Minimum Plane Bore) style sprockets are specified when the sprocket does not allow room for a bushing that will handle the maximum load. MPB sprockets are supplied with a minimum bore with H7 tolerances, and will require machining of a key way, set screw holes, and possible boring to a desired bore size.
