Several varieties of back-side cleats can be friction-welded onto the back of the Eagle Pd Acculinear belt. These cleats can be used in conveyance applications.

Cleats can be attached to the back of both Open-end belts as well as Spliced belts. The spacing between consecutive cleats needs to be a multiple of the pitch of the belt.

Standard Cleats: The standard cleats have a rectangular cross-section, with the following specifications:
Material: Polyurethane
Hardness: 92° Shore A.
The dimensions for the standard cleats are:

Thickness (t) : 4, 5, 6, 7, 10 or 12 mm
Width (w) : 16 mm and 100 mm
Height (h) : 5 mm and 70 mm
(Tolerance range is ± 0.5mm for all dimensions.)
