Standard Belt Type: Truly Endless Belts 1) Open-end Belts (requires clamping plates)
2) Spliced Endless Belts
Standard Belt Lengths: 8 mm Pitch: Up to 2400 mm (7.8 feet)
14 mm Pitch: Up to 2800 mm (9 feet)
1) 100 meter (328 feet) open-end rolls.
2) Can also be spliced to any tooth count as long as belt length is greater than 900 mm (36 inches).
Standard Applications: Power transmission applications

The higher power capacity of Eagle Pd belts reduces drive width and drive cost. The Hibrex tooth compound is engineered to increase tooth rigidity and load carrying capacity. These features combine to make Eagle Pd an high-efficiency, low-maintenence belt solution for power transmission applications.
1) Transmit Motion (eg: accurate linear motion drives using open-end clamped belts)
2) Conveyance (eg: light conyeyor drives using spliced belts)

Due to the higher modulus of the belt and the resistance of the belt to flaking, the Eagle Pd Acculinear product can be used in clean-room applications, in applications where precise motion is required and in applications where long belt lengths are required.
Sprockets: Sprocket selection for all 6 belt widths available in a wide range of diameters. Uses same sprockets as rubber Eagle Pd.
“M” and “L” width Aluminum (uncoated) sprockets are stocked exclusively for Eagle Pd Acculinear.
Clamping Plates: Not required since belt is always truly endless. 8 mm and 14 mm pitch clamping plates are available to clamp open-end belts.
Tooth Material: Hibrex (rubber) White Thermoplastic Polyurethane on tooth and backing.
Additional (special) backing materials can be applied.
Tooth Facing: Plioguard Silver-grey nylon fabric.
Tensile member: Flexten cord (Kevlar) - spiral construction High tensile steel - parallel construction
Self Tracking: Yes Yes
Bi-directional: Yes Yes
Requires Flanges? No No
Noise and Vibration: Up to 20 dB(A) noise advantage over conventional straight tooth belts.
The 'continuous rolling tooth engagement' of the helical teeth ensures low vibration characteristics.
