Construction: HabasitLINK® plastic modular conveyor belts are assembled in a bricklayed pattern for lateral strength, and this feature allows the construction of virtually any width and length. Habasit’s custom-made belts are available with flights and sideguards as an integral part of the belt, and are secured with full-length plastic hinge rods.

Materials: Each belt style is available in FDA approved polypropylene, polyethylene, or acetal to meet a wide range of operating temperatures, chemical resistance and application requirements.

Installation: Because of the modular design, HabasitLINK® belts can be installed within minutes without using complicated tools or fasteners.

Positive Drive and Tracking: HabasitLINK® sprockets eliminate the need for high tension systems by positively engaging the belt and maintaining proper belt alignment, eliminating edge damage.

Sprockets: All sprockets are injection molded and feature an “open-window” design, which allows easy access for sanitation across the width of the conveyor shafts. Smooth lines and radiused corners virtually eliminate areas where debris can be trapped. There is a complete range of pitch diameters and bore sizes to suit most applications. HabasitLINK® sprockets are specific to belt pitch only. Each belt style within a given pitch uses the same sprocket. That means one sprocket for the Flush Grid, Flat Top, Raised Rib and even the Radius belts.
